The Interactive Journal of Global Leadership and Learning (IJGLL) is a double blind peer-reviewed open access journal published by the Department of Leadership and Learning at Minnesota State University Moorhead and it is hosted by RED, its institutional repository.

By being an open access journal, the IJGLL editors and authors agree to provide free access as well as free downloads of all of its contents to the general public. Users are not only allowed to read and download our publications for free, but are also allowed to print, copy, distribute, or share in any other way, and for any lawful purposes, our publications without the need to request permission from the IJGLL or the authors.

There are no charges for publishing in the IJGLL.

The IJGLL publishes twice a year, Spring/late May and Fall/mid-December, and accepts manuscript submissions of original research from practitioners, faculty, and graduate students with the common goal of impacting instruction and leadership in P-12 or higher education.

Our Spring 2026 call for papers is open. The deadline to submit your paper for the Spring 2026 issue is Tuesday, March 31st.

Please, see the IJGLL Aims and Scope to determine whether this would be the right journal to submit your scholarly work for publication. If this is a fitting journal for your research, review the Author Guidelines and disclose any use of AI in the Methods section. For additional clarification, please contact the Managing Editor.
