Abstract
This project outlines the importance of having a comprehensive transition curriculum for students transitioning from Elementary to Middle School. The research highlighted in the literature review explains why this type of program is important, what makes an effective program, and who the effected stakeholders are throughout the entire transition process. The curriculum presented is reflective of the research and is intended to aid in the delivery of a comprehensive curriculum for students transitioning from elementary to middle school.
