Abstract
Developing one’s self-analysis is done by exploring the various dimensions that can shape our identity, including social, psychological, and cultural factors. The reflection on my growth and development explores both my viewpoint as well as the perspective of individuals who played a pertinent role in my development. These dimensions are explored to gain an understanding of what has shaped me as a counselor. This analysis examines aspects of my identity through self-exploration, interviews with loved ones, and administering assessments.
