The capstone focuses on the implementation of inclusive practices across multiple levels, including the individual student, classroom, and co-teachers. The project includes the framework and learning strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. This involves the use of differentiated instruction, targeted interventions, fostering a positive and supportive classroom, and collaborating as co-teachers.
