Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to provide an in-depth review of my experiences relating to my development. Throughout this paper, I examine the impact of many life areas, including relationships, work, education, health, and culture, to provide perspective on personal and professional growth. An emphasis is placed on self-assessments and interviews with others to facilitate further understanding. Furthermore, the result of the self-analysis was to engage in self-reflection and increase self-awareness.
