Abstract
H.B. Fuller Company was founded in 1887 and is headquartered in Saint Paul, Minnesota. It formulates, manufactures, and markets adhesives, sealants, coatings, polymers, tapes, encapsulants, and other specialty chemical products worldwide. The company currently operates through 5 segments in 32 countries. For the fiscal year of 2019, there has been $2.89 billion in revenue and 226 million in operating income. The financial statement analysis has been done with respect to annual earnings reports over four years. Market fluctuations since the most recent annual earnings report may drastically affect estimations. The results are meant for typical economic conditions and to an audience of knowledgeable investors. Recommendation and rating are made as an aggregate of qualitative and quantitative reasoning.
