Abstract
Abstract
Writing the self-analysis has opened my eyes to my own strengths and weaknesses through the lenses of friends, inventory results, books, and objectivity of my past. The process felt cathartic and healing, as well as stressful and exhausting, and at times I became sick of thinking and writing about myself. The result of the process is the connection of my personal background, friends’ perspectives, inventory results, and theoretical preference, and how they similarly identified my personality as well as my professional identity.
