Abstract

This capstone project presents a comprehensive onboarding training program for paraprofessionals entering the field of Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) in Minnesota. Informed by current research and state and federal guidelines, the program provides new paraprofessionals with foundational knowledge and skills essential for supporting young children with disabilities from their first day on the job.
