James Wilkins, was born in Battle Lake, MN, graduated from Battle Lake High school, graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN, served in the Navy Supply Officer, served in Quadalcanal and New New Guinea Campaigns 1943-44, awarded the Asiatic Pacific Service Theater Ribbon with two Campaign Stars, American Campaign Medical, WWII Victory Medal, After military service worked as a high school teacher & coach, Boy Scout Field Executive, Sales Manager and Sales Administration Manager, Moore Business Forms Inc, College Business Instructor.
