Abstract
This paper is an analysis of self, and a look at the themes that are woven throughout my early life, work, and education. Self-assessments, personal interviews, and self- reflection have allowed me to develop a greater awareness not only of who I am as a person, but as a mental health practitioner. My findings have allowed me to identify what areas are in greatest need of developing, and I have been able to develop somewhat of a road map for accomplishing this task.
