Abstract
My personal life experiences have been critical to maintaining my professional success. My life journey has truly taught me how to problem solve both personally and professionally. My Self-awareness, the ability to reflect deeply on my personal beliefs and motivation, is vital in figuring out how I can make changes to my life and be more successful in the counseling profession. Becoming aware of my personal and professional journey to make positive changes.
