Biography
Alexander "Don" Nicolson was born in Birtle, Manitoba Canada and graduated from Kelvin, Winnipeg Canada. He enlisted in the RCAF in 1941 and some of his duties and training included being a fighter pilot and flight instructor. He was involved campaigns in North Africa, and Sicily. Don's final rank in the RCAF was Flight Lieutenant/Captain. After his separation in 1958 Don held occupations including News reporter, Pilot-Royal Canadian Air Force, sales person and a restaurateur.
