Biography
Richard Klosterman was born in Mooreton, ND and graduated from Wahpeton High School in 1950. He was drafted into the Army in 1953. Some of his duties and training included parts-man signal corps and camera repairman. After Richard's separation form the Army in 1955 his occupation was a farmer.
