Biography
Edwin Clapp III was born in Munich, Germany in 1947. He graduated from Shattuck School in MN in 1965. Edwin attended the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY and graduated in 1970 and enlisted into the Army in 1970. Some of his military training included Airborne Ranger and Field Artillery Officer including duties as Forward Observer, 1-321st Artillery, 101 Airborne, Battery XO, 1-29th Artillery and Battalion Liaison Officer. After leaving the service in 1975 Edwin’s occupations included Avionics Technician, Denver Avionics. Manager, Flight Development, Fargo ND. Aviation Specialties, Fargo ND. Decorations: -Bronze Star -Purple Heart
