By being an open access journal, the IJGLL editors and authors agree to provide free access as well as free downloads of all of its contents to the general public. There is no charge for publishing with the IJGLL.

The IJGLL publishes twice a year, Spring/May and Fall/November, and accepts manuscript submissions of original research from practitioners, faculty, and graduate students with the common goal of impacting instruction and leadership in P-12 or higher education.

Our Spring 2023 call for papers is open. The deadline to submit your paper for the Spring 2023 issue is March 30th.
